2. Include the Simple Practice chart URL.

3. Include a second email address.

 Please do not refer to Dr. Bimbela if your client::

a. has an eating disorder as a primary diagnosis.

b. has complex trauma related to male abuse.

c. presents with prominent Borderline Personality Disorder as a primary diagnosis. 

d. has a pattern of disruptive, argumentative style of communication.

e​. has rage as a primary emotion reaction.

​f. has a history of litigious behavior.
